It is predetermined before the Incorporation Of the company, so while registering the company, the company will get registered the name of Registered Office in its Official Papers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consequently, at any stage, we can change the registered office of the Company by following the procedure laid down under the <a href=\"https:\/\/aktassociates.com\/blog\/incorporation-of-company\/\">Companies Act 2013.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Registered_Office_of_the_Company_While_Incorporation\"><\/span><b>Registered Office of the Company While Incorporation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:-<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within thirty days of its incorporation company shall and even at all times thereafter, have a registered office will be capable of receiving and acknowledging\/responding to all communications or notices as may be delivered to it. The company must file necessary address proof such as conveyance\/lease deed\/rent agreement etc and copy of utility bill (not older than two months) at the time of incorporation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case the company has not decided on the registered office of the company during the process of incorporation, then the company may provide a temporary correspondence address.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As per the latest amendment, every company must declare\/register its registered office by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/aktassociates.com\/blog\/agile-e-form\/\">filing form INC<\/a>-22<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0within 30 days from its incorporation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Change_In_Registered_Of_the_Company\"><\/span><b>Change In Registered Of the Company<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the registered office of the company is registered, the same can be changed at any stage. In case of every change of the situation of the registered office, after the date of incorporation of the company, Notice well-drafted shall be given to the Registrar within thirty days of the change, 400;\">If there is any change of registered office of a company, outside the local limits of any city, town or village, then the change such registered office must be approved by a special resolution
