It is an Online form Facilitate the Taxpayer to file an appeal online. The appeal is to be filed to the<\/span> Commissioner\u00a0<\/span>of Income Tax\u00a0(Appeals<\/span>) in form No 35 online.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to Step ahead to file Income Tax Appeal Electronically?<\/b><\/h3>\n

A taxpayer who is seeking an appeal to Income Tax Commissioner can now reach out electronically in a user-friendly manner. The following steps must be considered while opting file the appeal to Commissioner:-<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Form 35 will be available to the Taxpayer on the\u00a0 https:\/\/www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in\/home<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Registered users will log in to the Income Tax Site by their User Id and Password accordingly.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Then Go to E-file tab\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Thereafter select \u2018Prepare and Submit Online\u2019 to proceed ahead.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:- <\/b>This form 35 needs to be verified by the Taxpayer who is authorized to verify the return of income<\/span> either by DSC or EVC.<\/p>\n

    Clarification:-<\/b><\/h3>\n

    All orders passed by Assessee officer are appealable to CIT (A)?<\/b><\/p>\n

    \u00a0Section 246A orders of the Assessee Officer can only be appealed to the CIT (A)<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Not all the orders can be appealed to the CIT (A).<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/b>What will be the time period to file an appeal to the <\/b>\u00a0<\/span>CIT (A).<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0Within 30 days from the date of Receipt of Order, a taxpayer can apply to the CIT (A).<\/span><\/p>\n

    Any Fees leviable while an appeal to the CIT(A)<\/b><\/p>\n

    Rs.1000\/-\u00a0 will be required to pay while filing electronically Form 35 to the Income Tax<\/a> Site\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
